185 Skid-steer Loader

The 185 skid-steer loader, which upgrades and replaces the Thomas 175, features a high-lift bucket height of over 11 ft. and a dump height of over 9 ft. With an operating weight of 7,200 lbs., it is capable of lifting 1,850 lbs. and delivers over 2 tons of breakout force. Power is supplied by a 59-hp four-cylinder Tier III engine. Travel speed is nearly 8 mph. Features include an easy-to-service universal joint; a 100-chain-drive for greater traction; sound suppression system kit around the engine; fully lined cab for comfort; hand controls; and self-level valve control. A range of attachments and options are available.

Millermatic Passport Plus

The lightweight (45 lb.) Millermatic Passport Plus all-in-one MIG welder features a three-position material selection switch that enables the operator to set optimal arc characteristics for steel, stainless steel and aluminum. In combination with the new direct-connect Spoolmate 100 Series spool gun, it provides optimal performance on 18-gauge through 1/4-in. aluminum. Multi-voltage plug (MVP) and Auto-Line power management technology enables it to connect to either 115V or 230V power simply by changing to the correct screw-in plug. The unit can carry up to an 8-in. spool of wire and an internal 12-oz. bottle of CO2 for approximately 25 minutes worth of arc time on mild steel.

Omni 318 & Omni 1000 Screeds

Volvo's Omni 318 and Omni 1000 are designed specifically for the Volvo PF6000 series asphalt pavers. They are designed for multiple configurations on a single paver to accommodate various mix designs and paving requirements. The Omni 318 is ideal for paving jobs with a standard paving width of 10 to 18.25 feet and teh Omni 1000 is ideal for paving widths of 10 to 19.5 feet. Both screeds utilize an innovative heat bar technology that provides uniform heat to the screed.

Available for the PF6110 tracked and PF6160 and PF6170 wheeled asphalt pavers, the Omni 318 and Omni 1000 vibratory screeds enable multiple configurations on a single paver to accommodate various mix designs and paving requirements. The Omni 317 is suited for most paving jobs with a standard paving width of 10 to 18.25 ft. The heavier Omni 1000 is suited for more demanding applications. It is designed with rear-mounted hydraulic extensions and comes with standard power height, slope and crown adjustments. Standard paving width is 10 to 19.5 ft. Both models utilize innovative heat bar technology to provide uniform heat to the screed, and are available with optional extensions for paving widths up to 26 ft.

Special Pipe Grapples

Special Pipe Grapples are available for loaders of all sizes with various tine lengths for different applications. They enable varying pipe diameters to be held securely at the same time via stabilizing clamps. Their rugged construction includes fully forged steel tines, oversized dual-arm top clamps connected with structural steel tubing and a high-strength structural steel backframe. The top clamps and stabilizer clamps articulate via quality hydraulic cylinders. Hose guards protect exposed hydraulic lines.
